Minnesota United had a good opportunity to distance themselves from FC Dallas as the playoff hunt is nearing its completion.
It was three quick goals for FC Dallas early in the second half that put a damper on the hopes for MNUFC to secure more points in the Western Conference table.
The Loons dropped down to fifth in the table and currently sit out of a home playoff game. However, they do have a game in hand over FC Dallas and Nashville SC and can still secure a place as high as third.
