On Saturday, October 28, the U13 and U14 boys teams traveled to Missouri to face their counterparts from St. Louis Scott Gallagher, then headed east to meet up with another St. Louis Scott Gallagher academy in Illinois. Then, on Sunday, November 5, the Loons visited the Minnesota Thunder Academy for a pair of matches.

The home team opened the scoring early on a goal off a free kick by Ryley Gibbs in the 14th minute, but the Loons answered in the 19th minute when Abdulsalam Akinola found Cooper Ljewski slotting in behind the defense and finished bottom left corner to make it 1-1.
