Loon Landings: Loans, Loans, Loans

It’s been a busy time the last few weeks in the loan department for Minnesota United. In just under three weeks MNUFC has sent a total of four players on their roster out on loan to clubs in the USL Championship. Since May 21st goalkeeper Adrian Zendejas, defender Nabilai Kibunguchy, forward Foster Langsdorf, and defender Callum Montgomery have all been sent to different sides in the second division league.

Adrian Zendejas was the first to be sent out, understandable with the goalkeeper situation the Loons have currently. He was acquired from Nashville SC during the 2020 season to help alleviate the goalkeeper struggles MNUFC was having after Tyler Miller went out due to injury after the MLS Is Back Tournament however Zendejas has never made an appearance for MNUFC.
