Thanks to a great pitching performance from Michael Pineda, the Minnesota Twins will go for the series sweep tomorrow against the Rangers. “Big Mike” would secure 9 strikeouts while allowing only 1 earned run in 6 outstanding innings. Tyler Duffey struggled in this afternoons contest allowing 3 earned runs on 3 hits including 1 home run.
Though the offense didn’t quite have the showing they had yesterday, they still performed extremely well.
