DETROIT -- Ehire Adrianza hit a go-ahead grand slam in the seventh inning to help the Twins capture a 6-4 come-from-behind win over the Tigers on Tuesday night at Comerica Park.
It marked the first career grand slam for Adrianza, the Twins' No. 8 hitter, who entered Tuesday having hit .273 with a .682 slugging percentage in the month of June.
The win marked the second straight victory for the Twins (29-34), who moved a half game ahead of the Tigers (31-37) and into second place in the American League Central.
