Another day, another visit from a draft prospect being considered by the Wolves with the number-one overall pick in next Thursday’s NBA Draft.
Former Ohio State guard D’Angelo Russell was in Minneapolis on Thursday to meet with Flip Saunders and Co. Of course, the Wolves are thought to be deciding between the top-two big men on the board, Kentucky’s Karl-Anthony Towns and Duke’s Jahlil Okafor. Saunders is apparently still considering the efficient combo guard as a viable option for the Wolves, however.
