Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves announced the much-anticipated 2019-20 Nike City Edition uniform. The MSP Nike City Edition uniform pays homage to the two cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the diverse people and neighborhoods that makes the Twin Cities thrive, and the river that divides yet unites its residents.
The icy cool yet sky blue color of the new MSP City Edition uniform reflects the blue waters that are ubiquitous throughout the cities, namely the Mississippi River, which is outlined on the left side of the uniform. The river’s outline begins at the collar of the uniform and flows south all the way down to the bottom of the uniform.
