Nearly two weeks ago, Kevin Love was traded to the Utah Jazz as part of a three-team trade that sent Norman Powell to the Miami Heat and John Collins to the Los Angeles Clippers. Shortly after the trade, it was reported that Love was expected to be bought out by the Jazz. However, this has yet to officially happen. At 36 years old, it’s unlikely that Love would want to play for the rebuilding Jazz squad. As a result, a buyout would make sense. With no move happening to date, perhaps Love is going to retire instead of being bought out.
