Report: Jimmy Butler Predictably Turns Down Max Contract Extension Offer From Wolves

The NBA sector of the internet was in a frenzy Friday afternoon when Darren Wolfson reported that, according to Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor, Jimmy Butler has turned down a four-year, $110 million max contract extension offer from the Timberwolves.

The offer was the best the Wolves could do at this point in time, signaling to Butler that they are willing to offer him max dollars next offseason as well.
