Practice Report | Nov. 3, 2015

Despite Monday night’s tough and emotional home opener loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, Timberwolves interim head coach Sam Mitchell was in high spirits after Tuesday’s practice. He was joking with reporters and even challenged Andrew Wiggins to a game of Around the World at the end of practice.

“It happens,” Mitchell said on some of the team’s mistakes during the game.

Some things he hinted to was too many foolish fouls, bad spacing offensively and a failure to create opportunities for Ricky Rubio, Zach LaVine and Wiggins.

With that being said, after three games, Mitchell seems pleased where the team is at, especially after such an emotional start to the season.
