It's only preseason but two former Timberwolves seem to have found a perfect home

NBA preseason overreactions are a dangerous game. Undoubtedly, these games mean nothing in the long run. Nevertheless, sometimes preseason games hint at a trend that could continue into the season. During the offseason, two former Minnesota Timberwolves players, Josh Minott and Luka Garza, signed with the Boston Celtics.

After barely playing with the Wolves, expectations were low. During three seasons with the Wolves, Garza averaged just 6.3 minutes, and Minott averaged 5.0 minutes. Regardless, it was clear that both players would have more of an opportunity on a snake-bitten Celtics squad. It's just one preseason game against an undermanned Memphis Grizzlies, but both Minott and Garza looked stellar.
