Four members of the Minnesota Lynx were named to the final roster for the U.S. Women's Basketball team that will compete in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro this summer. Maya Moore, Seimone Augustus, Sylvia Fowles, and Lindsay Whalen all made the incredibly deep and experienced 12 player roster.
The U.S. has won five straight gold medals and will be big favorites for their sixth straight.
All of the Lynx players involved already have Olympic gold medals from 2012, and Augustus and Fowles were also part of the 2008 gold medal winners.
Only three members of the team will be appearing in their first Olympics: Brittney Griner of the Mercury, Elena Delle Donne of the Sky, and Breanna Stewart, the Storm rookie.
