Reggie Lynch sets Minnesota single season block record in win over Penn State

Reggie Lynch is a force inside. This shouldn’t be news, as we’ve watched him dominate the paint on defense all season. But today Lynch didn’t just block 11 shots, he wrote himself into the Minnesota history books.

Reggie Lynch is now the Gophers all-time record holder for blocks in a single season! Not only that, but his 11 blocks were good enough for second all time in a single game (just behind the record of 12 set by Mychal Thompson back in 1976).
