During the Bill Ferrell Memorial International wrestling meet on Friday, Minnesota Golden Gophers star Dylan Ness was slammed to the mat and appeared to seriously injure his neck.
Ness was forced to withdraw from the tournament and video of the frightening scene surfaced on social media.

Luckily, Ness escaped serious injury.
Ness took to social media to retweet a message saying he had been cleared by authorities at the meet.
Ness was cleared by the authorities from the incident earlier and is back out on mat 1.
