Minnesota Softball: Kendyl Lindaman Named Second Team All-American

On Wednesday Minnesota Golden Gophers sophomore catcher Kendyl Lindaman was named a Second Team All-American by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Lindaman is now just the sixth Gopher to be named a two-time All-American and only the fourth player in Minnesota history to be named an All-American in back to back seasons.

Lindaman adds to her 2018 honors that saw her being named the Big Ten Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. Lindman hit.275 on the season recording 56 hits and scoring 52 runs. She tied her school record she set her freshman season with 20 home runs on the season.
