The Minnesota Golden Gophers are set to play host to the Michigan Wolverines at TCF Bank Stadium on Saturday night. In anticipation of the important Big Ten matchup in Minneapolis, the Gophers went with a unique way of promoting the game.
Minnesota took to their official YouTube account to share a throwback promo using the popular “angry gopher” meme.
Whether the Gophers actually come out on top remains to be seen, but at least they were able to put together an entertaining promo to get the fans excited.
