I don’t know about you, but I’ve moved from cautiously optimistic to FULL HOMER EXCITEMENT for Minnesota this weekend. Why? Because this week has been full of reminders that ILLINOIS IS BAD.
That’s the primary message I took from my chat with Brandon Birkhead (@bbirk3) from The Champaign Room as we recorded the second edition of the Minnesota Nice Pahdcast. Illinois fans are not optimistic right now and Brandon didn’t even try to hide that as we recorded MNP.
