Last season saw a much different Minnesota Golden Gophers team and one that nearly found themselves in the Big Ten title game. As the new season begins for coach Jerry Kill and quarterback Mitch Leidner, Minnesota has big expectations on taking the next step. There is the one very big game on the schedule with a trip to Ohio State in early November which will be the biggest measuring stick of them all.
