Full disclosure: I have no idea how this bowl season is going to work.
Back in October, the NCAA waived all win requirements for bowl eligibility, opening the door for literally any program with enough players to field a team. But programs like Boston Colleg, Pittsburgh, Virginia, and Stanford have pre-emptively declined a bowl invite, citing the difficult nature of this season and the toll it has taken on their players.
On top of that, nearly a dozen bowl games — including three with Big Ten ties — have already cancelled.
