The senior from Mali is an energetic spark off the bench for the Gopher frontcourt. Typically playing around 8-10 minutes per game as a reserve big man, Konate comes in giving great defensive effort and rebounds with some tenacity.
Bakary Konate is going to be a key contributor off the bench for the 2017-18 Gophers. Reggie Lynch and Jordan Murphy will be the starters in the frontcourt.
