Legislators seek U's report on Teague

Top House lawmakers want the University of Minnesota to release its investigation into former athletics director Norwood Teague publicly, "given the sensitive and serious nature of his resignation."

"Transparency from the University of Minnesota on this matter is critical to our committee's role of oversight of higher education institutions in Minnesota," wrote Rep. Bud Nornes, R-Fergus Falls, and Rep. Marion O'Neill, R-Maple Lake, in a letter to university President Eric Kaler.

Nornes is the chair of the House Higher Education committee, and O'Neill is the vice chair.

Teague resigned this month following allegations that he sexually harassed several top-level university employees.
