GOPHERS GAMEDAY
Minnesota (4-2) vs. Nebraska (2-4)
WHO HAS THE EDGE?
OFFENSE -- The Gophers' offense rushed for 326 yards in the 41-13 blowout of Purdue, the most in 14 games since the 380 yards gained vs. San Jose State last September. Shannon Brooks, the Big Ten co-freshman of the week, had 17 carries, 176 yards and a touchdown. Minnesota had 48 rushes to 18 passes, but more balance likely will be needed against a tough Nebraska rush defense. Look for tight end Brandon Lingen to get more involved.
