Gophers tight ends coach Rob Reeves will serve as Minnesota's offensive coordinator for the Quick Lane Bowl against Central Michigan on Dec. 28. He will fill in for Matt Limegrover, fired on Nov. 29.
Offensive graduate assistant and former Gophers quarterback Adam Weber will be quarterbacks coach in place of Jim Zebrowski, fired alongside Limegrover.
Fellow offensive graduate assistant Trevor Olson and special teams quality control coach Jay Nunez will share duties coaching the offensive line, which also used to be Limegrover's domain.
On defense, secondary coach Jay Sawvel will be defensive coordinator and Dan O'Brien will move from senior associate athletics director to assistant defensive backs coach and assistant to head coach Tracy Claeys.
