SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- Richard Pitino never had to worry about his University of Minnesota basketball team having an inside presence last season.
The Gophers coach could rely on Mo Walker, one of the top centers in the Big Ten.
But Walker is gone, and the Gophers (3-2) figured out in Puerto Rico how much they miss him after being dominated inside in three games.
"With Mo when you threw it in there, there was a pretty good chance it was going in," Pitino said. "We're trying to go inside more. But then when you have to go small, it's difficult.
