Gopher Baseball got back into the win column and staved off elimination Saturday afternoon with an 8-5 win over Binghamton. The win advanced them another game and they are not slotted to face Wake Forest again after the Demon Deacons were pummeled 22-2 by Texas A&M.

The hitting finally came around for the Gophers. Seven different players had an RBI. Terrin Vavra, Matt Fielder, Micah Coffey all had doubles, Toby Hanson had a triple and Jordan Smith hit a home run.
Toby Anderson was on the mound and the junior set down 13 of the first 15 batters.
