Former Minnesota coach Jerry Kill is headed to Kansas State as an associate athletic director, sources told ESPN.
Kill, 54, resigned last season on October 28 from the Golden Gophers because of health issues related to suffering seizures on game days. Kill's position at K-State is not a coach in waiting, a source said. Kansas State coach Bill Snyder, 76, is the oldest active coach in Division I.
Kill is a native of Kansas. He was 156-102 as a head coach, including 29-29 in five seasons at Minnesota.
