The most anticipated defensive recruit of the 2016 Empire Class was Eden Prairie’s Carter Coughlin. The legacy recruit had a solid true freshman season playing in 11 games, starting 1, making 25 tackles with 2 sacks. Expect to see a lot of Coughlin playing this fall as a rush end or outside linebacker.
