ROSEMONT, Ill. — The Big Ten Conference has suspended Minnesota's Nick Seeler for one game, under the conference’s supplemental discipline process, as a result of an incident that occurred in a game against St. Cloud State on Nov. 29.

The action was taken by the conference after a review of an incident near the 5:28 mark of the second period and resulted in the player receiving a major penalty for contact to the head and a game misconduct.

The St. Cloud State player, defenseman Niklas Nevalainen, left the game and did not return.
