Prediction: The Fighting Illini, who beat this week's Gophers opponent, Kent State, 52-3 in the season opener, can't hang with this Power Five conference team. North Carolina, 35-23
SOUTH FLORIDA at MARYLAND, 11 a.m., ESPNU
Prediction: Terrapins quarterbacks Perry Hills and Caleb Rowe combined to throw three interceptions in an unsightly 48-27 loss to Bowling Green last week. Their problems remain.
