Another vote, and another day where Matthew Dellavedova survives elimination. Last time it was Tyler Zeller, and today the voters decided that the least valuable remaining Milwaukee Buck was everyone’s favorite undrafted UNLV prospect, Christian Wood.
Wood has played very little in the pros, only 30 games across the last two years. However, he showed a certain dynamism as a rim protector and pick & roller, averaging 20.4 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.8 blocks in five Vegas games. He’s a skinny big man, but at only 23 has at least shown the type of natural talent that has a chance at breaking onto an NBA roster.
