Milwaukee Bucks: Wisconsin Herd logo officially unveiled

While we all wait for the results of Thursday’s draft, the Milwaukee Bucks continue to take steps in establishing the identity of their G-League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd.

The intrigue surrounding the team’s logo was practically extinguished since it leaked a couple of days earlier via Conrad Burry of SportsLogos.net. Nevertheless, the Bucks officially launched the logo this afternoon, confirming what surfaced earlier in the week.

As you can tell, both the primary logo and secondary logo for the Herd take inspiration from their parent club’s identity.

Starting with the primary logo, here’s how the team describes the look and the intention behind the design in the statement they released to coincide with the release of the logos:

“The Herd’s new primary logo features three forward facing bucks that are purposefully shown without defined separation to signify the strength of the herd coming together as one unit.
