Below the Milwaukee Bucks and the Philadelphia 76ers at the top, there’s undoubtedly still a disparity in talent between the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference heading into the 2019-20 NBA season.
That’s not to say there aren’t exciting teams in the East, though, with a mix of talented squads looking like they may be ready to join that upper echelon, and those who are a little bit earlier in their development but may well deliver big things in the future.
Then, beyond all of those teams, the good, the soon to be good, the will be good down the line, there’s the Charlotte Hornets.
