Locking down their fifth straight win, the Milwaukee Bucks clinched a perfect three-game road trek by edging past the Atlanta Hawks Wednesday night in a 135-127 win.
The Bucks got off to a quick start and reached double digits two minutes into proceedings, thanks to a triple from Brook Lopez. Atlanta countered with a strong run of their own to even things up shortly after, setting the tone for the night overall. After battling back and forth, the Bucks gained some separation to hold a 34-26 advantage at the end of one.
Milwaukee maintained their control over the Hawks throughout the first several minutes of the second quarter.
