One of the most turbulent regular seasons in Milwaukee Bucks franchise history has come to a close. Adding Damian Lillard right before training camp, going through Adrian Griffin and Doc Rivers as head coach with injuries galore to the Big Three inflicted a physical and mental drain on everyone involved. Giannis Antetokounmpo spoke about it at length during All-Star weekend about how he was feeling with all the chaos the 2023-24 Bucks had been through.
All of that along with an average roster age of 28.21 (oldest in the league) could help explain Milwaukee’s seeming lack of energy and effort during the year.
