The Milwaukee Brewers and the Detroit Tigers went at it at Comerica Park, and it was all Detroit in this one. They hit around in the fifth inning in what would come to be a decisive blow the Brewers would be unable to come back from. While the pitching was unimpressive, the big issue remains the futile offense that plagues the 2020 Milwaukee Brewers.
The scoring started for the Tigers in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Miguel Cabrera on second base, Willi Castro singled to right field. Cabrera came around to score to make it 1-0.
