Milwaukee Brewers third base prospect Lucas Erceg was removed from last night’s Biloxi Shuckers game after he was struck in the head by a pitch.
Erceg was leading off the 8th inning when Montgomery Biscuits pitcher Matt Krook let one get away that struck the lefty right above the ear.

After the hit, Erceg collapsed to the ground.
