The Missions finished their series strong against the Aces, putting up 19 runs on 22 hits to dominate in a 19-1 victory. They are now riding a six game winning streak.
Pitching first, Burch Smith was dominate in five innings, giving up just one run on two hits. The bullpen of Donnie Hart, Miguel Sanchez, Jay Jackson, and Jon Olczak was outstanding, giving up just two hits in relief.
The offense was amazing, led by three players who each had four hits in the game. Jacob Nottingham, Tyler Saladino, and Cory Spangenberg combined for 12 of the 22 hits, scored seven runs, and drove in 15 of the 19 runs.
