Freddy Peralta named as Milwaukee’s lone All-Star

RHP Freddy Peralta will be the lone player representing the Brewers at the 2025 All-Star Game.

Peralta, who’s been with Milwaukee since 2018, currently sports a 2.91 ERA (138 ERA+) with 9.5 K/9. He’s been the most dependable member of a rotation plagued by injuries during the early part of the season.

Peralta is no stranger to the occasional stressful inning, but he always gets the job done. The veteran right-hander has allowed three runs or less in all but one of his eighteen starts this season.

He gets outs by using an entire arsenal of pitches, changing speeds and locations with aplomb.
