Brewers rack up 11 hits in 6-5 win, sweep Dodgers

Box Score

In an action-packed series finale, the Brewers escaped with a 6-5 win against the Los Angeles Dodgers to record their 10th consecutive win. In the process, they swept the season series against the Dodgers for the first time in franchise history. And they’re now in a tie with the Cubs for first place in the division. And they’re tied for the best record in baseball.

In this game, both starting pitchers, Jose Quintana and Clayton Kershaw, had mixed outings. While they both confounded hitters at times, hitters were able to make plenty of hard contact, leading to a messy game.
