The Milwaukee Brewers have made a flurry of roster moves today before game two against the Miami Marlins, placing two players on the Injured List and optioning another and then filling all those vacant spots. Manny Pina is down with a fractured toe, Daniel Robertson hits the concussion IL, and Phil Bickford is sent out to the Alternate Training Site, while Luke Maile, Corey Ray, and Patrick Weigel will join the active roster.
Pina told reporters that he broke his toe in the third inning of yesterday’s game when he got hit with a foul tip.
