Brewers have no answers for Nationals' Joe Ross

Washington — You couldn't blame the Milwaukee Brewers if they felt a sense of déjà vu Saturday night.

And it wasn't a good kind of déjà vu.

Getting shut down for the second time this season by Washington rookie right-hander Joe Ross, the Brewers bowed meekly to the Nationals, 6-1, at Nationals Stadium.

On June 13 in Milwaukee, Ross held the Brewers to two runs over eight innings in a 7-2 victory. This time, he limited them to six hits and one run over seven innings.

Brewers starter Taylor Jungmann was no match for Ross on Saturday.
