New Milwaukee Brewers farm director Tom Flanagan has hit the ground running, so to speak.
With most of the team's minor-league affiliates just two weeks or so into their respective seasons, Flanagan has already visited three of the four — low Class A Wisconsin, high Class A Brevard County and Class AA Biloxi.
His early impressions?
"We're only about 10 games in so it's hard to read too much into anything statistically so far," he said. "You're trying to work out rotations and getting guys work at different positions and getting them in the lineup regularly.
