In satisfying fashion, the Crew completed the feat this year by sweeping four straight series. Beginning on August 1, they went to DC and swept the Washington Nationals in record-breaking fashion. They then traveled to Atlanta, where they took three straight from the Braves. After an off day, the Brewers returned home to American Family Field, where they won three electric games against the New York Mets over the weekend. And then to complete the 12-game winning streak, they took care of business against the last-place Pittsburgh Pirates.
