Brewers cut roster down to 28, option Ryon Healy and J.P. Feyereisen

With MLB announcing overnight that rosters would be cut down to 28 by 11 a.m. CDT today, the Brewers had to make a couple quick decisions on who they would send back to their alternate training site.

David Stearns elected to take one bat and one arm off the roster, sending Ryon Healy and J.P. Feyereisen to Appleton.

It ends up being a short stay on the active roster for Healy, who was added just a few days ago as one of the bats replacing Ryan Braun and Lorenzo Cain on the roster.
