We don’t know yet exactly how the Brewers’ 2020 schedule will look (other than being made up of games solely against the NL and AL Central), but we at least know now that Brewers home games will mean Bob Uecker on the radio.
While Uecker would be considered high-risk for COVID-19 even before his recent string of health concerns, the Brewers officially announced Ueck would be back behind the mic for his 50th year in Milwaukee.
On Wednesday, Uecker acknowledged the risk, and said there were extensive talks with Mark Attanasio and the team’s health staff on whether he should return this year, with the pandemic still very much an issue in Wisconsin.
