In recent years, the Milwaukee Brewers have leaned heavily on their first-year players to make an impact at the major league level. From the 2023 “freshman” class of Sal Frelick, Brice Turang, and Joey Wiemer to Jackson Chourio and Tobias Myers the following year, it’s clear that a significant share of the team’s success in each of Pat Murphy's two seasons at the helm is due to contributions from their talented rookies.
2025 was no different. Rookies Caleb Durbin, Isaac Collins, Chad Patrick, and Jacob Misiorowski all rose to the occasion and played key roles for the Brewers; all four of them received recognition in this year's NL Rookie of the Year Award voting process.
