Police hunting for missing Annie Dryden, 20, search remote beauty spot close to train station where she was last seen

Detectives worked with mountain rescue teams in a desperate search to find a missing 20-year-old woman who vanished close to a beauty spot.

Annie Dryden was seen boarding a train at 2.09pm at James Cook train station in Middlesbrough on January 4.

She was last seen on CCTV getting off at around 2.38pm at the tiny hamlet of Battersby, North Yorkshire and her whereabouts remain unknown.

Yesterday, police conducted a search in rough terrain near the station with the help of mountain rescue teams and police helicopter crews.
