Chris Wilder jokes Chelsea will be 'looking down the back of the settee' for money to fund a flight to Middlesbrough for FA Cup quarter-final, as he insists there is very little 'sympathy' for their current ownership crisis

Middlesbrough manager Chris Wilder has said Chelsea do not deserve sympathy amid their current ownership crisis - and joked that the once mega-rich club might need to 'look down the back of the settee' to find enough money to pay for their trip to Teesside for the FA Cup quarter-final.

The two sides meet at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday evening with the Blues having been plunged into uncertainty by the UK government's sanctions on owner Roman Abramovich, imposed due to his links with Vladimir Putin following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
