ATLANTA - Some of the top talent in women's collegiate tennis gathered in Atlanta this weekend for the Georgia State Hidden Dual, where Middle Tennessee took on Furman, Oregon and Georgia State.
Georgia State ended the spring 2016 season with an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) ranking of No. 48. Oregon followed closely behind at No. 58.
MT took the court against Furman in doubles Friday, winning two of the four matches. and notched a 6-4 victory, while and cruised to a 6-1 triumph.
In Friday singles action, Oregon swept the Blue Raiders in six singles matches, but MT battled through several of those matches.
