DADE CITY, Fla. – Middle Tennessee turned in a strong showing Monday at the Conference USA Championship amidst multiple lightning delays, closing the day alone in third place at 2-over par.
The Blue Raiders shared the third spot on the leaderboard with Southern Miss after a 6-over par 294 in round one and are currently 4-under par halfway thru the second round.
"We played really solid today as a group and hung in there after the delayed start and another lightning delay later in the day before going back out," Head Coach Chris Adams said.
